Production of 400 m³ tanks³

Project for fabrication and installation of 28 stainless steel tanks with a volume of 400 m3..

Client LLC "Kuban Vino". Place of work Taman station, Krasnodar Territory.

We started making the first 7 containers in November 2019. There were 8 people involved in the project. We finished the installation in March 2020.

The project was so successful that the customer's company management decided to order 14 more of the same tanks by the beginning of the 2020 season. By the end of October 2020, we had completed the installation of 14 more tanks.

In April 2021, we started the installation of 7 more tanks to complete the park. Thus, we manufactured and installed a tank farm with 28 tanks of 400,000 liters each, with a total volume of 11,200 tons of wine material.

After the tank farm installation was completed in September 2021, we made a design for piping water, steam, nitrogen and product piping to these tanks. We installed distribution panels for each group of tanks, as well as a wine distribution comb for 88 disk taps.

As a result of this project, the storage capacity of the wine material increased significantly, which in turn made it possible to increase the amount of grape processing and all subsequent technological processes. The project of laying process pipelines for wine material and communications has increased the speed of product transfer between processing and storage shops, as well as within the storage park.
